Bottom line: Free general tickets for the "2026 Incheon Airport Sky Festival" concert on Nov 7-8 at Inspire Arena, next to Incheon Airport, with PSY and Epik High, are already sold out. Foreign travelers still have a way in — book a foreigner-only tour package, verified by passport, by 3pm Korea time the day before the show. South Korean nationals cannot buy it, and if a Korean buyer is later identified, no refund is given.

If you didn't know: Showing up on the day without a ticket because you heard it was "free" won't get you in — there is no re-release or on-site sale. Riding the free shuttle from the airport and then having to turn back wastes at least 40 minutes round trip. The concert runs only two days a year, so missing the tour package's booking deadline means waiting a full year for the next chance.

Nov 7 (Sat) and 8 (Sun), 2026, 6-9pm · Inspire Arena, 127 Gonghwamulcheong-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon · Epik High and others on the 7th, PSY and others on the 8th · free general tickets (via NOL) sold out · foreigner-only booking through Trazy Co., Ltd at https://www.trazy.com/experience/detail/sky-festival-kpop-concert-tour-package · booking cuts off 3pm the day before (Korea time) · price shown only at checkout, not confirmed here · official site https://www.2026skf.com · hosted by Incheon International Airport Corporation.

Now in its 21st year, the festival run by Incheon International Airport Corporation takes over Inspire Arena, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Epik High headlines Saturday; PSY takes the stage himself on Sunday. Next door at Inspire Ballroom, free experience booths run 1-7pm and need no ticket to enter. Because the concert tickets were entirely free, demand was fierce and the general allotment sold out, leaving Trazy's tour package as the only route in. The package departs in the morning from Hongik University Station or Shinsegae Duty Free in Myeongdong with an English-speaking guide, stops at Wolmido, and arrives around 3:30pm to collect tickets before 4pm entry. Miss the bus and you must track down event staff at the venue yourself. The fare only appears at checkout, so it could not be confirmed here. The cancellation policy switched to no refunds from October 14, so booking now means no refund either way. Tickets cannot be transferred, under-12s cannot enter, and filming, recording or livestreaming is banned.
