1. 무엇에 적용되나
이 약관은 koreatourismtimes.com 의 지면, 「편집국에 묻기」, 「대신 예약」, 그리고 AI 비서가 연결하는 MCP 서버(/mcp)에 적용됩니다. 읽는 것만으로는 아무 약정도 생기지 않습니다. 폼을 보내거나 AI를 통해 요청을 보내면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 기사의 성격
- 기사는 공식 자료를 확인해 씁니다. 각 기사에 확인일과 출처를 적습니다.
- 요금·시간·운영 여부는 그 뒤에 바뀔 수 있습니다. 출발 전에 기사에 적힌 공식 출처에서 한 번 더 확인하십시오.
- 비자·입국, 의료, 세금환급, 금융에 관한 기사는 공식 안내를 정리한 것이며 법률·의료·금융 자문이 아닙니다.
3. 대신 예약
- 2026년 10월 시범 기간 동안 무료입니다. 이후 조건이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 먼저 적습니다.
- 요청을 받으면 24시간 안에 적어 주신 연락처로 답합니다. 편집부가 확정 답을 보내기 전까지는 예약이 된 것이 아닙니다.
- 식당·시설이 예약을 받지 않거나 조건(예약금·인원·시간)을 바꾸는 것은 저희가 정할 수 없습니다. 그 결과로 생기는 비용과 불편에 대해 저희는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 노쇼는 그 시설과 다른 여행자에게 손해를 줍니다. 못 가게 되면 바로 알려 주십시오.
4. AI 비서를 통한 이용
ChatGPT, Claude 등 AI 비서가 /mcp 를 통해 기사 사실을 가져가거나 예약 요청을 보낼 수 있습니다. AI가 우리 자료를 어떻게 요약·전달하는지는 그 AI 서비스의 책임입니다. 원문은 언제나 기사 주소에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
5. 저작권
기사 본문의 저작권은 한국관광타임즈에 있습니다. 기사 주소를 밝히고 1~2문장을 인용하는 것은 자유입니다. 전문을 옮기거나 번역해 싣는 것은 허락이 필요합니다. 사진은 각 캡션에 적힌 출처와 라이선스를 따릅니다.
6. 하지 말아야 할 것
허위 예약 요청, 자동화된 대량 요청, 서버에 부담을 주는 접근, 기사를 가공해 사실과 다르게 퍼뜨리는 행위는 금지합니다.
7. 책임의 한계
저희는 정확하려고 애쓰지만 무료 정보 서비스의 성격상 기사 내용의 오류나 변경으로 생긴 손해를 배상하지 않습니다. 법이 책임을 면제할 수 없는 경우는 예외입니다.

1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the articles on koreatourismtimes.com, the "Ask the desk" and booking-help services, and the MCP server (/mcp) that AI assistants connect to. Reading creates no obligation. Sending a form, or a request through an AI assistant, means you accept these terms.
2. About the articles
- Articles are written from official sources, with the verification date and source shown on each one.
- Prices, hours and availability can change afterwards. Re-check the official source linked in the article before you go.
- Articles on visas and entry, medical matters, tax refunds and money are summaries of official guidance, not legal, medical or financial advice.
3. Booking help
- Free during the October 2026 pilot. Any later change will be posted here first.
- We reply to the contact you give within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until the desk sends you a confirmation.
- We cannot control whether a venue accepts a booking or changes its conditions (deposit, party size, time). We are not liable for costs or inconvenience that result.
- No-shows hurt the venue and other travellers. Tell us as soon as you cannot make it.
4. Use through AI assistants
AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude may fetch article facts or send booking requests through /mcp. How an AI summarises or relays our material is the responsibility of that AI service. The original is always available at the article URL.
5. Copyright
Article text is copyright Korea Tourism Times. Quoting one or two sentences with the article URL is welcome. Republishing or translating full articles needs permission. Photos follow the source and licence stated in each caption.
6. What you may not do
No false booking requests, no automated bulk requests, no access that burdens the server, and no altering articles to spread something different from what they say.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to be accurate, but as a free information service we do not compensate for loss arising from errors or changes in article content, except where the law does not allow this exclusion.
