2026 Gangnam Festival Set for October 3-5, With First-Ever Grand Parade on Apgujeong-ro

The 2026 Gangnam Festival, southern Seoul's signature street festival, will run October 3-5. Now in its 15th year, the festival moves its main stage from Yeongdong-daero to the Apgujeong-ro and Dosan-daero area - an approximately 2km stretch including the Cheongdam luxury street - and debuts a Grand Parade, a large-scale street procession joined by local residents.

The lineup includes a K-pop concert, a family concert, a K-Culture Festa spanning fashion, beauty and food, and a KBS traditional music show. The district held a mid-point briefing in August to review safety and traffic plans. For travelers visiting Seoul in early October, it is a chance to combine the festival with shopping around Apgujeong.
