In mid-November, word is spreading about an overseas fan who nearly got turned away at the gate of Seoul's Olympic Park. The fan had already paid for a seat on the official ticketing site, but only found out on show day that entry could be delayed because they had skipped a required identity-verification step beforehand. TOMORROW X TOGETHER's world tour 〈STEAL THE WIND〉 runs for three nights, November 13-15, at KSPO Dome (Olympic Gymnastics Arena), and the whole system is built so the person who booked the ticket must be the exact same person who walks through the door, as an anti-scalping measure.

At a glance: the shows run three times, at 7 PM on Friday, November 13, 6 PM on Saturday the 14th, and 5 PM on Sunday the 15th (Korea time). The venue is KSPO Dome, 424 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (near Olympic Park Station, subway lines 5 and 9). Ticket prices are ₩165,000 for a GENERAL seat, ₩220,000 for SOUND CHECK standing, and ₩253,000 for an M&G seat. Domestic booking runs through NOL Ticket, while overseas fans book through the global site, world.nol.com.

NOL, the ticketing platform for this show and run by NOL Universe (Yanolja Universe), requires overseas buyers to complete identity verification before they can even book. That verification needs a passport, and the guide page specifically states "a Korean passport cannot be used," so overseas Koreans and dual citizens need to pay attention too. Seat selection itself is locked for any account that hasn't finished verification, so a foreign fan hoping to attend has to get the passport ready and complete this step before picking a seat.

Identity checks don't stop at booking. On show day, you go through verification again, either through the facial-recognition system called Face Pass or by matching your ID in person at the on-site IN-PASS booth. Only after that check are you given a wristband, which is required to enter the venue. Tickets are issued as mobile tickets only, with no physical ticket and no option to have someone else pick it up on your behalf, so if the name on the booking doesn't match the person walking in, entry can be blocked no matter how expensive the seat.

In the end, a tourist who doesn't know this process can show up holding an M&G ticket worth up to ₩253,000 and still face a long line and delays at the entrance. On the other hand, finishing passport verification right after booking and registering your face in the app beforehand lets you skip the IN-PASS booth line entirely and get in quickly. If this is your first K-pop concert in Seoul, don't just trust the payment confirmation text — make a habit of checking the identity-verification menu on the booking site as well.
