Last Day Today: What to See Free at Seoul Street Arts Festival 2026
If you're in Seoul today, September 20, you have one last chance to catch international-caliber street performances without booking or paying a cent. The Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture are running "Seoul Street Arts Festival 2026" over two days, September 19-20, around Ttukseom Hangang Park and Seoul Forest -- and today is the final day.

This year's lineup includes 9 international works from France, Lithuania, Chile, Slovenia and Brazil alongside 11 domestic works -- 20 performances in total, staged 62 times over the two days. The signature act is a parade led by an 8-meter-tall "red giraffe" puppet, alongside circus, contemporary dance and traditional performing arts. A popular way to experience it is the "Artrekking" program, where you walk between the riverside park and Seoul Forest collecting stamps -- six stamps complete a souvenir postcard, and bringing four or more to the booth near Jayang Station gets you a first-come, first-served gift while supplies last.
