Hwang Min-hyun's Asia Tour Opens in Seoul: What to Know Before You Book

Hwang Min-hyun, formerly of NU'EST and Wanna One, opens an Asia fan-meeting tour in Seoul this October before moving on to Tokyo, Macau and Taipei. Since Seoul is the tour's first stop, overseas fans planning a trip around this date have a few things worth checking before booking, from how to secure a ticket to getting to the venue.

Tickets are sold exclusively through NOL (formerly Interpark Global). NOL accepts overseas-issued Visa and Mastercard, but payments can still fail depending on your card issuer or authentication method, so it's worth having a backup card ready. Korea's concert and fan-meeting industry has also widely adopted real-name ID checks at entry, meaning the name on your passport must match the ticket buyer's name exactly — tickets bought through a friend or resold online risk being turned away at the door.

The venue, Coex Artium, connects directly to Samseong Station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and to the Coex Mall complex, so even first-time visitors to Seoul are unlikely to get lost. The surrounding Gangnam area is dense with hotels, making same-day accommodation easy to find.

Korean fan meetings typically sell official merchandise in the lobby before doors open and don't allow re-entry once you're inside, so if you plan to buy goods, it's safer to arrive with plenty of time before the show starts.
